- Hi! I found an recipe of Lime Butter. I think you can substitue lime with
- lemon. There is also a recipe of lemon butter.

- 1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter, softened
- 2tbsp lime (lemon) juice
- 1tbsp freshly grated lime zest
- 2tbsp soy sauce

- Cream all the ingredients in a small bowl.
- Form the mixture in a cylinder and wrap in waxed paper.
- Chill until ready to use.

- 1tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
